Assumption: Project management will be delivered via a weekly update email and up to five 1 hour video catch up calls. Post each video call, an AI-generated summary and transcript will be provided in place of manually written action logs or formal minutes. A detailed project tracker will be developed at the start of the project for reference throughout until completion.
